We accept NHS vouchers. Costs may vary per voucher so it is best for you to contact us so we can work out the value of the voucher. The initial value will be based on an estimate from the boards we currently work with. (Once we contact your local NHS board we can confirm the voucher value with you).
No. We have to have the physical voucher sent to us so we can process it. The voucher needs to be filled out correctly with your signature at the bottom of page one and the top of page two. The optician should have filled this out too and signed the voucher.
The NHS provides help with the cost of glasses based on Age, Health or Income.
In order for us to process an NHS voucher we may have to register with your local NHS board, this can potentially delay the order by a minimum of 3 days. If we believe if it will delay further we will contact you immediately
(If you require a letter headed receipt for your purchase, especially if your employers pay the full or part cost, please mention this and we will be happy to do this). Our letter headed receipts will contain the relevant VAT codes and Company registration number and is generally accepted by most employers as additional proof of purchase)

Before sending the vouchers to us please make sure it is still in date and there is sufficient time given for us to send the voucher to Eden Red for a credit.
